First of all, the location was epic - right in the heart of Palermo! We were just a 5-minute walk away from all the rad places we wanted to check out, like Via Maqueda and the Politeama Garibaldi Theater. The hotel room was super comfy and clean, giving us the perfect chill space after our crazy adventures. Plus, the staff were mega helpful and made our stay even better!

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene for young people like us. It would have been awesome if the hotel had a happening bar or lounge where we could meet other cool travelers and have a sick time.

Great value for money. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of options for food and shopping. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We also appreciated the efficient check-in/check-out procedures, which were seamlessly handled by the owner via WhatsApp.

The building's entrance looked a bit sketchy, and the elevators were quite old with worn-out buttons. We also experienced some noise from other guests in the corridors and from the cleaning personnel.

My recent stay at Ruggero Settimo - Room & Suite was fantastic. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, and having coffee/tea available was a great convenience. The bed was comfortable, and the modern equipment in the room added to the overall comfort. The breakfast was delicious and had an authentic Italian feel. The staff was responsive and communicative, ensuring any issues were promptly addressed.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The thin walls meant occasional noise from neighboring rooms, but it wasn't a major disturbance.

I chose Ruggero Settimo - Room & Suite because of its great location near the Market Ballaro. I wanted to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the market and experience the local culture. However, what pleasantly surprised me was the hotel's express check-out service. It made my departure hassle-free and allowed me to make the most of my time exploring Palermo.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, with the most amazing bedding and pillows. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom was clean and modern, with a lovely rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries. It was such a luxurious experience. I loved that the room had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with all the necessary amenities. It was like having a little home away from home. The fact that some units had a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, and microwave was a game-changer. I could easily prepare my own meals whenever I wanted. The LED television in the guestrooms was a nice touch. I enjoyed watching my favorite shows and movies after a long day of exploring Palermo. In my quadruple room, there was an electric kettle provided, which was perfect for making hot beverages and relaxing. The studio I stayed in had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. It helped me stay cool and comfortable throughout my stay.

Personally, I found the stovetop in the studio to be a bit small. However, I understand that it might still be suitable for others who have simpler cooking needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the pedestrianised old town, a beautiful beach right across the street, and being near the city center. The room and bathroom were clean and new, with good air-conditioning. Daily cleaning service provided fresh sheets and thorough cleaning. The apartment was spacious and had a great hairdresser on the ground floor. The location offered fabulous dining options nearby.

The room lacked any personality and had no balcony.
